2009-2010 Calendar of Events

Fall Campus Cleanup- Saturday, November 21, 2009, 9:30–noon, followed by pizza in the cafeteria. All alumnae are invited to help

Alumnae Grand Reunion – All Classes of BA Graduates are invited. On Saturday, October 17, 2009, beginning with Mass (optional) at 12:30 p.m in the St. Walburga Monastery Church, followed by luncheon in the Academy Auditorium. Enjoy an exhibit of the artwork created by longtime BA faculty member, Peter J. Litrenta.  Invitations will be mailed early September.

Dr. Rose Marie Battaglia Christmas Basketball Tournament- December 26-29, 2009.  Support the BA Varsity. We will honor Coach Battaglia on Dec. 29 at 7 p.m. She was Head Basketball Coach at BA from 1954-58. Her record here was 36-4 and the 1954-55 team was undefeated! Bring your longtime BA friends and go out after the game to catch up on news. (please see Athletic page on our website for complete Tournament schedule)

Annual Appeal Phonathon- Evenings of February  23, 24, 25, plus March 1 & 2, 2010.  Please think about helping make calls to raise funds for the Academy, while enjoying pizza and camaraderie!

Class of 2009 Alumnae Induction- Wednesday, May 26, 2010, 10:00 a.m.  (Monastery Church)

Baccalaureate Mass (Monastery Church), Wednesday, June 2, 2010, 7:30 p.m. with
Reception sponsored by Alumnae Association to follow. 50/50 Raffle Drawing at reception.

Class of 2010 Graduation- Thursday, June 3, 2010, 7 p.m.  Anniversary classes of 1960 and 1985 invited. (Holy Spirit Church, Union).
