Benedictine Academy Parents Association

Purpose

The primary purpose of the Benedictine Academy Parents Association (BAPA) is to support the Academy community and administration in the continued well-being and growth of the school. The BAPA is chartered by the school’s Board of Trustees and serves as an advisory body to the Academy administration. The Association strives to foster a sense of community, promote volunteerism and support the students as well as Academy activities. This includes but is not limited to sponsoring community-building and fundraising activities for the betterment of the Academy. It is the philosophy of the Association that all funds raised should directly benefit the Academy and/ or directly benefit students.

The Association also works to improve communications between parents and the Academy as well as develop ideas in conjunction with the Academy administration that will enhance academic, athletic and extra curricular activities.  The Association’s work also encompasses the planning of events or other activities that will build support for Benedictine Academy as well as raise funds for the Academy.  Any funds derived from this effort are exclusively educational and charitable.
